Overall Opinion: I will be short and concise. - The chat is not 3D. - The support is inadequate and amateur, it is based on voluntary, many of these volunteers are barely 20 years old with no manners and knowledge of the chat and the relative rules. They do apply their own rules toward customers who are often seniors in real life. - The official support, totally lacks in efficiency with a real lack of technical skills. They are incapable to work on any sort of bug fixing. - The chat does literally costs thousands of euros and it is based on gambling by the use of a virtual currency to be spent on a virtual casino made of slot machines and often allowed to minors. - The company running it, Smeet Communications GmbH, based in Germany, is untrustable. - The official support IF does answer, OFTEN they do not, their answer most of the times does not fix your request. Do avoid to get scammed by them. Regards.

Overall Opinion: As with any online site you do have to be careful. There is a lot of drama on here and it is badly monitored. There are lots of scammers after money and more. As previously mentioned it is not a chat site. Smeet has been set up to glean as much money out of you as they can - it is expensive to keep up with room purchases and avatar items. Smeet does not seem to care about its client base but rather leaves the running of that to out of touch 'hosts' and volunteer operatives and favoritism runs rife.

Pros: It is possible to make friends on there but in reality you have no idea who you are 'friends' with and scammers run rife

Cons: very expensive, inadequate support, the volunteer operatives are always right even though many are inexperienced with day to day life

Darcy is using Smeet almost every day since at least a year or more.
