Overall Opinion: I love YAPI! If you turn it off in my office, it will be a complete mess. Patients love the paperless forms, and my staff loves not having to scan paper. YAPI POP and two-way texting was a life-saver during the pandemic.

Pros: Paperless forms, intra-office communication - being able to communicate with my team from anywhere in the office, especially when I want to add some same-day dentistry and need someone to come to the operatory with a consent form and a payment estimate. Great support.

Cons: It seems that they had a spike of calls during the pandemic - it was difficult to get in touch with them, but they managed to work it out now. Once you got through, though, the service was always great.

Kim Kliner is using YAPI almost every day since at least a year or more.
