Overall Opinion: Yumpu is a 'Subscription trap' Yumpu have the worst customer service. Be very careful with this company as they will take your money for a service you dont want and refuse to refund it. Look at trustpilot and read the real reviews (1*)

Overall Opinion: An unethical and unprofessional company that doesn't care about its customers. They ask for a credit card when you sign up for a trial, and once the trial period expires, they charge $250 USD for a whole year subscription without any notifications or reminders. I requested a refund immediately once was charged explaining that I honestly forgot about the subscription since I hadn't been using it. They refused, saying "feel free to use it for a whole year" despite my initial explanation that I wouldn't be using their service. There was neither physical product involved, nor human labor, yet they went to great lengths to try and keep the money at all costs. I did get my money back through claims and disputes, but I had to waste a lot of time. I would never want to deal with a company with such poor ethics and customer service policies no matter their product quality. Avoid!
