With a UHS speed class of 3, and also C10 capabilities, you are guaranteed speed and quality at that extra price. The caution here however is to be on the lookout for fake SD cards bearing this popular logo. Another option for this class of buyers, even though much cheaper, would be the Lexer pro, which usually comes with a USB reader.
