Overall Opinion: Some of the features are really great, such as - follow-up on emails (snoozing) - monitoring of opened emails/ clicked links in email However, several serious issues drove me away from my paid subscription: - no address book. - configuration file is stored locally and often crashes. No sync of configuration across devices. - no support (even for Pro user). Best, Robert

Overall Opinion: After 1 year using it, I can't recommend it. A mailbox search engine is a very important feature, which doesn't work as it should. You often need to visit Gmail to find messages, which is very annoying and a non-sense. There are many other things that fail difficult to explain. Sometimes I can't write a message, the text is locked unless you move the cursor one line upwards. The html emails don't respect the line breaks or parapgraphs.
Pros: Nice GUI
Cons: Bad search engine
