Unresponsive plug ins dont work

Overall Opinion: I have been dealing with oxwall for more than 2 years the service is not good they dont tell you when the plug ins will become inactive so all of a sudden things on your website stop working then you have to try to get ahold of them to get a fix and i have issues now with plug ins not functioning correctly i have been trying to contact them for 2 months ive contacted the developer and customer service the developer did respond once i wrote a bad review on his plug in but then never fixed the issue or responded again

Pros: the cost is cheap but you get what you pay for i would have rather paid more for plug ins that worked
