Overall Opinion: I never write review but with this kind of support I have to do it. I had a small issue (document won't save) and maybe I did something wrong or didn't understand, but when I asked for help I was treated very badly, talked like I was dumb and my issue was not an issue. You can explain this GS without treating people with disrespectful. I will never use it anymore, not because the product is bad but because the people behind it is so inhumane. Good luck with it, I hope you don't have trouble because you won't have help!

Pros: It seems great but won't work for me.

Cons: The support is awful.

Saskia is using Poedit a couple of times per year recently.

Overall Opinion: The guy that owns this site and software is the rudest person of a company I have ever met! Wrote the unfriendliest email I have ever received, very arrogant and basically cancels your membership without a thought or a reply. Do not recommend it at all.

Pros: Easy to use the software when you get used to it

Cons: The owner of the software Rude Unprofessional Cancels membership without notice

Tony is using Poedit almost every day since a couple of month.
