My Opinion on CALLR

Ease of Use
Customer Service
Value For Money

Overall Opinion: The features of CALLR are quite extensive. You can use it to create a complete personalized phone experience for your clients or customers, and you can use the same system for internal communication. The CALLR platform is compatible with long virtual numbers and shortcodes for two-way messages. You can use CALLR to set a sender ID that is specific to your business. This helps you stand out and be recognized right away. With SIP trunking, you can take advantage of calling and receiving calls from anywhere via on-demand channels and normal codecs for the industry. To better serve the experience of the end user, CALLR uses webhooks in HTTP POST format for multiple stimuli that trigger system events. These might include a billing change, the status of a call, or delivery reports for SMS messages. In order to ensure that all characters look the same to all parties involved in the message, the software supports both Unicode and GSM characters. It is possible that the premium rate for the app could be different if you take advantage of the full Unicode character set. The integrated campaign manager allows you to build a single suite of automation and voice tools that only requires a few simple coding elements. The advanced API will help you create the optimal campaign for the client base and market climate. Both inbound and outbound calls can be recorded to ensure the highest quality of support. With the powerful text-to-speech tools in CALLR, the software can easily take a batch of text and output it through a vocal synthesizer. This way, you don't have to worry about handling various recordings. The software literally generates the audible message from the text script every time it calls for such an action. To better serve your clients and customers, you can set the system to buy available phone numbers automatically. Those numbers can then be assigned to various apps, tracking systems, conferences, and more. SMS messages in the CALLR network can be received in more than 40 nations, and you can send messages through the CALLR network from an additional 160 nations. The software includes a tool for detecting voicemail systems, which prevents you from wasting time on machines when you should focus on the real, present people. The software also includes call forwarding features, which is quite helpful for transferring callers through the system to various department and resources that they might seek. There is also an integrated media library for all the public content that you want to share with others in the system. With virtual audio conferencing, you can build a temporary conference room in the digital space for anyone to access from nearly anywhere.

Pros: Exceptionally Feature-Rich Easy to Implement

Cons: No Clear Negatives
