Overall Opinion: Worst free program I have ever used. Not user friendly at all. Extremely confusing to set up. Does not work on Windows platforms. Crashes frequently. No updated tutorials or help forums. Software may contain malware, as it has not been updated. You are better off with Windows compatible software that actually works well with Windows platforms, an easy to use interface and user guide, and no malware whatsoever. Software must also be current.

Pros: None. It has malware and hasn't had an update for years. It crashes frequently, is not compatible on Windows, and it's too hard to figure out. Extremely slow. Freezes up computer and destroys cd rom drive.

Cons: Too many to count. Extremely slow, not updated, prone to crashes, destroys your cd rom drive so it no longer works, freezes your computer, and it's just a poor product all around. Try a product that's updated and garners much better results like CDex or other recommended apps that are much easier to use and offer great tech support.

Christine is using Exact Audio Copy a couple of times per year recently.
