Overall Opinion: In the beginning they were the best of the best offering so many different types of icons free or not. When we downloaded a SVG or PNG we were prompted to add contributions. Now we have absolutely no choice in what type of image we download. We didn't get any communications regarding this. Now I have no trust in them nor am I willing to spend my companies money on this company

Pros: Different styles of icons

Cons: Cant choose what type of file you want anymore

Jessica is using Flaticon almost every day since at least a year or more.

Overall Opinion: A product killed by the user experience. The icons library is good, but the overall user experience with this platform is completely awful. Constant reCaptcha popping out even though I'm premium, errors at login, incapable to login with a password, I have to recover the password all the time, because it will keep saying is wrong, even if is not. logging me out all the time, buttons and links unresponsive on the site, the inability to set default download. And overall, constant errors on the interface, according to support, due to ad blockers and external software... however, I tried on a clean OS installation on a freshly downloaded browser, safari, and chrome, and errors still happened.

Pros: The icons catalog is good.

Cons: The overall user experience of the site using premium.

Overall Opinion: flaticon used to be free. not anymore!!! you only get PNGs and stickers for whatsapp free now. no more svg's, ai's, psd's. that's all under a premium package now. no more freebies. oh woe! what a pity.
