Overall Opinion: Inform is an efficient platform that not only allows distributors or wholesalers to have a better grasp of the performance of their businesses but also lets them attain better inventory control. The tool also helps them delegate their sales personnel well because they have CRM information. Inform can be fully customized in order to match the company’s branding and style with that of the user’s site. Cons: The software requires customization. It is hard to stop using it after you have started using it. The platform mostly focuses on helping the financial department within businesses instead of the project management team. There is the risk of inefficiency if users try to populate the system.
