Overall Opinion: I I signed up for a trial and then managed to use the program once successfully. After the trial version had been expired for a few weeks, I subscribed and registered but the functionality of the program was lost. The iPhone I was using was unable to locate the mirror despite registering and re-starting the computer several times. I then downloaded a different program and did not have the same problem. This was in November 2019. I requested cancellation and a refund less than a week after the purchase went through. You cannot request cancellation through the website. I emailed them at their support email to do so. I never received a response or a refund and they never cancelled my subscription because I just received another charge.

Pros: Nothing. Didn't work.

Cons: Doesn't work. They will not respond to your email. They will not cancel your subscription. They definitely will not refund you if you request it in a timely manner for a legitimate reason.

Emily is using LonelyScreen a couple of times per year since at least a year or more.

Overall Opinion: I purchased a lonelyscreen license through their website - which requires you to pay via PayPal. When I encountered problems with the app, I attempted to contact lonelyscreen through the email addresses listed and their website and never received a response from them. Their own website advertises "Customer Support" and "60 Day Money back" but they deliver on neither of those promises.
