Overall Opinion: TeamViewer QuickSupport is a must have for large companies of all types, but especially those with an active website or those that are already based in some sort of technology. The program allows you to quickly root out the problems that your client is having and solve them without them having to even lift a figner. Not only is this far more efficient for you, customers love it. When a customer contacts IT, it means that they already have a problem and are likely already frustrated with their technology. Going through a long walkthrough that may not fix the problem generally does not make them any happier. However, if they do not have to do any of the work for themselves, then they will not care as much that they are having a problem in the first place and are more likely to enjoy their experience with your company.

Pros: TeamViewer QuickSupport allows you to help customers remotely, saving an expensive trip for IT. This will not only save you money in transportation, but will save your employees time and allow them to work more efficiently. TeamViewer QuickSupport allows you to take over a customer's screen so that you do not have to worry about walking them through solutions to their problems step by step. TeamViewer keeps customers happier because it keeps them from having to do any work when something goes wrong with the program that you provided them with.

Cons: TeamViewer QuickSupport is not the only software program of its kind. Because of this, it is possible that there could be better versions of it available to you, or versions that would suit your needs better. TeamViewer QuickSupport does not give you a support team to help people with, it inly gives you a framework for your support team to use when trying to help a customer figure something out. If you do not have a very strong internet connection, it is possible for TeamViewer QuickSupport to run very slowly. This can be remedied be getting a stronger router.
