Parseur uses customizable templates to learn what data needs to be extracted from your email. Creating templates is simple. All you need to do is select the piece of text that you'd like to extract from one email, and it will be extracted from all future emails. Parseur allows you to create as many templates as you need, so you don't need to worry if you have several different data sets or projects that you're monitoring from one email account.
Parseur eliminates most of the need for manual data entry. Manual data entry is efficient, costly, and prone to errors. By using Parseur, you can automate data entry workflow and instantly turn each of your emails into actionable data. No more time wasted plugging each number into a spreadsheet by hand.
The parsed data can be used in desktop applications like Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, GetSwift, and others. But it can also be integrated with hundreds of apps including Hubspot, Slack, Salesforce, Trello, and Dynamics CRM. It's also possible to use the data with databases like SQL Server or MySQL.
You can manage your delivery orders with Parseur. All of your emails about incoming delivery orders can be consolidated into a neat row of data in a spreadsheet. You can also track the leads from web forms. By using Parseur to track all of your email requests in Excel, you can follow up on leads and include them in marketing campaigns. And you can consolidate travel confirmations into one easy document. No more paging through your inbox searching for flight confirmations. You can create a template for each travel supplier and pull all that data into one place.
There are several plans. The starter plan will extract data from 100 emails per month, and costs 9£ per month. The premium plan will extract data from 1000 emails per month, and also includes priority email support. It costs 49£ per month.
