Overall Opinion: If you are looking for an easy way to ensure that all of your drivers are constantly up to date, SlimDrivers is a program that you will want to consider downloading. Many of the features are available free, which makes it even more appealing. As the technology is cloud based, drivers are always updated without ever needing to download them to your computer until you need them. Just about every device imagineable is accounted for with SlimDrivers, so you can be reasonably assured that you will never be left in a lurch when a driver becomes obsolete. In addition, new drivers can be scanned for and installed automatically. This takes place entirely in the background, with no noticeable effects on the performance of your PC. You can continue working while the drivers are installed.

Pros: Technology behind the program is based in the Cloud - There is no need to worry about drivers becoming obsolete. They are all stored and updated in the Cloud, to be downloaded and installed when needed. All scans are conducted in the background without compromising PC performance - You can conduct a scan whenever you like. If a driver needs to be updated, the program will do that entirely in the background and you will not even notice it is happening. Installation is easy after scans are completed - Once a scan is complete, you can have the installation of drivers take place automatically.

Cons: Program only works on PC Windows based computers - If you are looking for MAC OS drivers, you will not be able to use this program. Some support features only available with a monthly subscription - While many of the features contained in SlimDrivers are available for free, some of the more useful features will require a monthly subscription. A learning curve might be involved for the more technical features of the program to be useful - Some features, such as manual scans and updates, will require a learning curve for many users.
