Overall Opinion: Good changes recently at Walmart, but processes need attention. Customer service is good, but not great. Serious money can be saved at Walmart, but if you order two or more of an item on line, you are almost guaranteed that one of those will be cancelled. Website is MUCH slower than other companies.

Pros: Prices

Cons: Lack of attention to detail.

Overall Opinion: The Walmart app is one that will save a good amount of time. You can shop whenever you want and wherever you want as long as you're connected to the internet. There are special offers, such as no membership fee and free shipping. Most items that are ordered can be delivered in less than a week, a few days in most locations. If you order online and want to pay at the store, you have that option. The app stores items that you have purchased frequently in the past and brings them up again when you use the app so that you don't have to search for essentials. You can see the items that are in the store and where they are located, saving you time while you're inside. The Express Money Network allows you to send money without all of the paperwork that you would complete in the store. Track and refill prescriptions with the app. If there is a lower price of an item found at a different store, the savings are sent to you in the form of an eGift card.

Cons: Can be slow to load Location usually needs to be on to search for items in a specific store Pharmacy portion needs attention
