Once you have deleted the items, you can find them in the trash within folders showing you how and when the program was deleted. Overall Opinion: For people who often install and uninstall apps and other programs on their Macs, AppDelete is a good option to ensure you are not losing precious space on your device. Over a long period of time all of the extra files left behind without using AppDelete can slow down your Mac. AppDelete also saves you the headache of trying to find uninstall instructions for each individual app, since the software simply deletes the app without leaving parts behind. AppDelete works similarly to other uninstall software programs for the Mac, but the search feature for finding related files to a deleted prgram is faster than any other program like it. Due to its speed, it is not necessary to constantly have the software running in the background, which saves space for other resources on your Mac.

Pros: Able to completely remove apps, screensavers, preference panels, plugins and widgets from your Mac Contains a quick search feature to find files related to the program being uninstalled Gives you a preview of all of the files that will be removed before you delete Allows you to protect certain apps from deletion by accident All of the tasks performed by AppDelete are logged for review Undo button allows you to go back if you delete something unintentionally from the trash Free trial is available so you can try it out before purchasing

Cons: Help system does not provide much support if you run into a problem The manual is not sufficient, especially for those who are not tech savvy Some controls are not labeled well Not many features for an app that costs money
