Overall Opinion: The Reddit mobile app is a fun way to pass the time, learn something new, or check out the latest news. Reddit is much more open than many other websites and it provides a haven for many people with niche interests. If you can think it, there is probably already a subreddit dedicated to that subject! This applies to things both good and bad, so tread carefully if you are sensitive to certain content or easily triggered; but don't let that scare you! Reddit is a great place to explore, learn, and make connections with other people. The app does have some minor bug issues. Videos don't always load correctly and viewing some external links that are posted proves difficult. The Reddit mobile app is still a great alternative to the desktop site when you are on a mobile phone or tablet.
Pros: You can be as anonymous as you want, providing a stark contrast to websites like Facebook The diversity of subreddits allows you to spend a lot of time browsing the site without getting bored or seeing repeat content You can browse posts on the app without creating an account
Cons: Some of the content featured on Reddit is Mature or NSFW (Not Safe For Work) Reddit can be confusing with its widespread use of acronyms and meme references Over the years, Reddit has been host to several controversies that have gained widespread media attention
