Tookan's "Free Forever" package is free to use. It only allows the usage of three agents. Up to three hundred tasks can be assigned per month. The "Pay Per Task" package has unlimited agents. You pay for every task created and receive a monthly bill. The "Pay Per Agent" package has unlimited tasks, and you pay for every agent added. This package is also billed monthly. If you plan to pay for an unlimited version of Tookan, you'll have to sit down and crunch the numbers to calculate whether Pay Per Agent or Pay Per Task is the more economical plan for you.

The Manager Dashboard has a centralized and comprehensive view of business operations. It can be accessed through a web browser. The dashboard can be used to track deliveries in real time, optimize routes, and allocate resources. You can also receive notifications and alerts and automate repetitive logistics like scheduling, order management, and task assigning. There's powerful built-in analytics software which offers reports to optimize delivery performance.
The Agent / Service app comes with task notifications that allow you to directly communicate with dispatch, managers, and customers. You can also view optimized routes. The app can be used to record proof of delivery including notes, images, signatures, and bar codes.
The Customer app allows the customer to track the delivery agent in real time. They also receive email/SMS updates with their expected arrival time.
