Overall Opinion: The app is easy and straightforward to use. There is a section for the device being used as well as other devices. You can only accept tests for the current device that you are on, so this is the section one will most likely use the most. When there are available tests, a brief description would be shown and the ability to accept or decline the test. Once a test is accepted, the app will walk a person through the guidelines and the test will begin. Other sections in the app would include the Support Center and a link for emailing Support. The current payment pending amount is shown as well as the recent average rating for the tester. This is based on 5 stars and is determined by the feedback received from doing tests. UserTesting is one of the main platforms that provides usability tests, so there are not many competitors for comparison. Userstand is another such company, but is not as developed or robust as UserTesting.

Pros: The app is very simple and easy to use. Payment amount and ratings display is a nice feature. Ability to contact support from the app is handy.

Cons: Inability to accept tests for other devices. It would be nice to be able to accept a test, and then log into another device to continue the test. The Support Center takes you to a website. Having information right in the app would be better. There are no configurable notifications for available tests.

grex is using UserTesting every other week recently.
