Overall Opinion: Both, w2ui (free) and jqwidgets (free for personal use) have a wide range of examples. Pros: Small, fast, very very easy, freeware. A large collection of UI components. The Grid is awesome ! Cons: It seems that development of w2ui has stopped at version 1.5RC1.
