Overall Opinion: 500px is easy to navigate for anyone who has social media accounts. The design is simple and visually appealing to match the professional level of photos on the site. Although the community has less members and features than other photo sharing sites, the site is geared towards interactions between professional and amateur photographers. Despite a few bugs every once in a while, the app's support area is helpful and most issues are dealt with quickly.

Pros: Created by photographers to appeal to other professional photographers, unlike other photo sharing sites Photos, rather than other features and interactions, are the focus of the app, with large pictures filling the screen as you scroll Does not require you to sign over your photos to the site in order to upload pictures Photographers are able to comment on and vote on others' photos, as well as follow photographers they like The paid option of the app gives users the options of controlling SEO content, customizing content, and using Google Analytics tools The free version of the app has plenty of options and features, even though there is a paid version Gives you the option of selling your photos on the Marketplace

Cons: Less community members than other photo sharing sites No ability to create groups to share photos to a small number of users A few bugs during testing, but most of these have been resolved Simple user interface makes it harder to find certain
