Overall Opinion: Digital communication is important to today's professional. Boomerang is an app that empowers individuals to take control of their inbox. It has three distinct features that increase productivity and all of them are easy to use. The first of these is the Boomerang Calendar. The calendar integrates with Gmail to allow users to schedule important meetings in an email. Users can also change their status between free and busy. The second feature is called Inbox Pause. It permits a hold on new email messages until an individual is caught up and ready to read them. Finally, there is a neat email game that turns cleaning up the inbox into a fun challenge. It is even possible to compete with other Boomerang users to establish high scores. This takes the drudgery out of reading emails. The app is elegantly constructed and very intuitive. A newbie can manage all of its bells and whistles with a minimum of practice. A number of important businesses such as Netflix, Lyft, and Square have integrated with the platform to better manage their own communications.
