Overall Opinion: Text message marketing is becoming a popular way to promote goods and services. The digital age has seen an increase in the use of mobile devices, and reaching customers with a text message is what EZ Texting helps marketers accomplish. It has multiple features which can be used to set up a text message campaign in a matter of minutes. This software allows users to group text recipients according to keywords and other forms of sorting. The software also includes a scheduler. It is possible to design a text message in advance and then schedule it for delivery days, weeks, or even months down the road. This is a useful feature when planning marketing campaigns that revolve around certain times of the year such as holiday promotions. Using the software is simple, and the developers provide a number of tutorials that can help individuals make the most of the program. A downside is that some of these tutorials offer limited information. Support for the platform is also provided by email, phone, or live chat. EZ Texting does have one significant drawback. Its delivery rates are not as good as some other text marketing apps. Users can reasonably expect that about 70% of the messages they send will be delivered. This is somewhat concerning. Also, the features included in the software make this a program which will best suit individuals who are just beginning to create SMS marketing campaigns. There may not be enough functionality here for advanced marketers.
