Overall Opinion: If you've ever attempted to download a file hosted on a file hosting site, chances are you had to download it piece-by-piece by clicking multiple links. The FlashGot extension for Firefox solves this problem by enabling you to download all links on a page from a specific file sharing service. You can even keep using your favorite download manager, as FlashGot has integrations for several including BitComet, FlashGet, JDownloader, and more. That means you don't have to change any of your download habits to use the extension, as it works with your current download manager. FlashGot Selection is a quick method of specifying the links you want to open on a page by middle clicking and then selecting them with a draw box. Any link that is selected in this way will appear in your download manager as if you had clicked on a single link. FlashGot Tabs works the same way, except it allows you to download every single file that's on a new tab instead of every single link from a page. This feature is useful if you've already got all the pages you want to download open but there's not a master list of the files you want to download. The software is entirely free and open source, but it hasn't been updated to work with the most recent version of Firefox.
