Fluid is very fast and takes little memory to operate. This makes it effective for carrying out personal tasks. Fluid is easy to set up on your desktop. The simplicity of fluid and its ability to keep a nice separation between it and other web applications makes it an attractive option. The abstraction mechanism provided by fluid enable you to close your standard browser, while at the same time making it possible for you to access your videos, documents and other web applications that are open.

Cons: Fluid has none of the extra features offered by local browsers. This makes it less appropriate for those who prefer the convenience and familiarity of local browser functions. Fluid also lacks the ad-blocking functionality contained in local browsers, and this could prove irritating or distracting when ads inevitably flash across the screen. Fluid does not save credentials, meaning that, every time you log into Fluid, you have to re-enter your credentials. This may prove to become extremely inconvenient for those who rely on a browser’s password-saving functionality to access many sites with various passwords.
