Overall Opinion: For people who travel all the time or don't work in an office or just have a busy life because of children or taking care of the house, then this is an app that would be beneficial. You can easily view all of the documents that you have created or that you receive using the app. Everything is sorted so that you can see what you've sent, what you've received, and what you're working on at the moment. There is an option to view how long people interacted with your documents. You can leave a comment with the documents that are sent or leave a comment with documents that have been read as a way to clarify information or add more details that you need to include at a later time. When you use the app, you can track the information needed to make important decisions in a short time instead of waiting for everyone to review the documents that have been sent. You can click on the name of each person who has received a copy of the document to see whether that person has read it, replied to the content, or has downloaded the information. There are also details about how long the person has spent reading and interacting with the documents that you have sent. You can send one document at a time or a document to multiple people at once. You can easily access documents that are sent and received at any time, making it easier to stay focused on your tasks while you're away from home or the office instead of waiting until you get back to a computer.
Pros: View documents anywhere See the interaction with other people who receive the documents Send mass messages
Cons: Scroll across several pages to view information
