Overall Opinion: Concord is definitely one of the best programs wo use to keep track of your contracts. You can use it at any stage of the process of having a contract signed, whether you are just drafting the contract or you are already sending it out to get signed. It is also very helpful that Concord allows you to have an unlimited amount of signatures. This is especially helpful for bigger businesses or websites that deal with a lot of people or large documents that require multiple signatures. Concord is great for online negotiation because you can do all of your negotiation through it if you do not have to deal with negotiation face to face. Websites and large companies also benefit from this likely the most. However, anyone can benefit from not having to hand out contracts in person or go to meet people to have them signed.
Pros: Concord can help you draft contracts with ease so you do not have to figure out how to do it on your own. It also allows you to send them wherever you want. Concord allows you to have an unlimited amount of signatures at any time, so you never have to worry about reaching a limit or not being able to have a document signed for you. Concord works with al kinds of contracts, so you can make a contract on the program no matter what you need to get done. Everyone benefits from this feature of the program.
Cons: If you do not have extensive legal knowledge and are trying to use Concord to manage contracts for your businesses, you may find some of the program confusing. It may be wise to ask legal experts for advice if you do not have prior knowledge. If you have many contracts to deal with at once, it can be easy to get lost when trying to navigate through them to find specific contracts. Sending a contract through an online program can be less personal than going to meet them to have the contract signed, and negotiations may be more difficult.
