Overall Opinion: Employees often want to be more involved with the human resources aspect of the company. The app makes it easier to see details that aren't always revealed unless the employee asks for the information. The business does need to set up an account so that employees can view HR details. There are employees who work from home or work from a remote location other than the business. This means that they need access to their personal information that they might not be able to get because they aren't in the office all day or don't have access to get to the business during the week. There are several things that employees can do with the app. Personal information can be edited without visiting the HR department. Employees have access to the company directory, allowing them to easily find someone who works in the main office instead of trying to reach a certain person by going through multiple channels. The app allows the employee to clock in and out from any location. Links from the company can be accessed so that the employee knows about any future events and any future changes that need to be made in the business. Employees can examine schedules, requesting changes if they are needed. Timesheets can also be reviewed. This is an important feature as employees are able to monitor the number of hours that they work, matching them with the hours that are listed in the payroll department.
