Reservio does offer a free version of the software and has three options for subscription service with more features for the more you pay. Subscriptions start at $10 per month and go up to $40 per month with one month free.
Reservio is a good program for people that own businesses that rely on appointments and need an easy way to set up and maintain those appointments. Reservio comes with its own calendar that is user-friendly enough to use, but if you prefer to use iCal or Google Calendar you still can since Reservio is able to integrate them into the Reservio calendar. Reservio also lets you create a fully customized website for your customers to reserve their own appointments to eliminate them calling and saving you time on the phone. Synchronization with the calendar can be glitchy sometimes, but for the most part, it works great.
