Pros: Easy to build lessons either from scratch or by using old course material Customizable to your business with the ability to add a company logo or design a theme Completely exists on the cloud so you do not have to download or install anything Simple and easy to interpret reports help you see the results of your training sessions Includes a mobile app for both Android and iPhone devices so your employees can access training on the go Able to customize different branches of users to give each employee the right content for him Selling tool allows you to make money from lessons or courses you have created

Cons: Support is only available online, making it hard to get a response when you run into a problem Does not include many social learning tools for collaboration between employees May take some time to get used to the interface if you are not technologically savvy
