Overall Opinion: Big Sky's blend of streamlined technology and traditional know-how offers their clients robust service packages and flexible design capabilities. In their business model, the client's needs shape the final product -- they're not just offering competitive software for online reporting and communications, they're building each program specific to every client's individual needs. That holds a lot of potential for businesses that have highly specific operating parameters and need to track their progress in ways not often supported by the usual reporting methods. With so many businesses using several different applications to achieve these needs, Big Sky targets developing cooperative systems and services to reduce time and complication. Intuitively written and designed decision trees help remote managers and business administrators with navigating their way through system processes in order to get the most accurate solution or answers to their questions. Different attribute settings also provide a multitude of data-points in order to observe patterns or project how changes will influence the bottom line. Additionally, purchasing catalogs for each location can be set up so that the only items available are those that are approved for that exact location which reduces the cost of mistakes that can be made.

Pros: The questionnaire-style guide complements a natural thought process for problem-solving. These Their asset management software tracks the full life cycle of a transaction from request to receipt. Automated invoicing and analytic reporting can be specified for each office location.
