Overall Opinion: I have been using Donorbox for my animal rescue charity. I love the simplicity to setup + free to use. As we're just starting out the free tier suits us the best

Overall Opinion: Very quick to set up - took me less than 10min to set up. Their fees are about the lowest I found, considering the features they offered. The $1,000 free tier really helps considering our budget is stretch pretty thin.

Overall Opinion: I used Donorbox to raise funds for my organization's New Year's Eve fundraiser. It was the first time I used an online donation platform and the overall convenience was a huge load off my shoulders. Easy to use and reasonable fees - I'm impressed!

Overall Opinion: We have used this service for over 2 years and as we have infrequent donations we signed up under their no platform fee if the total donations for a month was under $1000. At some point they started charging their 1.5% platform fee on ALL accounts, even if their total donations for the month was less than $1000. We noticed as the fees to process a $400 donation was almost $22! We understand their need to make changes to their pricing, but we were never informed about it. The service is no longer beneficial for us as we are now being charged almost 6% in fees for all donations after taking into account what stripe charges. It now makes more sense to go direct with paypal, stripe or another service that costs no more than 3%.
Pros: Easy to program donation form.
Cons: Fees are not entirely clear at first and then they can change without proper notice.
