Overall Opinion: Hubstaff is an easy to use tool that provides a ton of features to aid your business in time tracking. The software helps keep track of each employee's behavior during work time by taking random screenshots, tracking the number of keystrokes, and proving GPS locations to monitor routes. Hubstaff also helps ensure accurate employee pay, and provides reports that give you important insights into how your employees can work more efficiently. The downfall of the Hubstaff software is it does not offer a lot of customization options or support abnormal entry of data. Also, unlike other similar time tracking systems, Hubstaff requires employees to download a separate app to track their time, rather than accessing it through the software's interface.

Pros: Combines random screenshot technology with keystroke recording to ensure employees are on task during work hours Makes it easy to set time limits on the time sheet before employees start their shifts Simple process to set up shifts for employees Provides notifications when the weekly budget or hours limit has been reached Allows you to set up automatic payments through PayPal based on the total hours recorded by the program Gives you the option to see which websites and apps employees visited during work hours

Cons: Does not allow for advanced tracking to see how employees are working and what is produced during work hours The stopwatch feature requires employees to download a separate app to their desktop Does not give the option to restrict the IP address employees use Only provides basic reports on work time compared to other time tracking software
