Overall Opinion: Inoreader is a great place to start for people new to the content RSS world due to its Discovery Mode. This feature helps you find trending ideas or specific topics based on your interests. Organization features, such as folders and tags, allow you to keep all of your content sorted so its easy to find later. The only downside when organizing your content is there is not an option for subfolders. The Inoreader app can replace some of your other social media apps, with the ability to subscribe to both Twitter and GOogle+ accounts. Because of the social media aspect, the app also makes it easy to share content on various social media platforms. If this feature is not for you, Inoreader makes it possible to disable these features, as well. One feature that sets Inoreader apart from other RSS feeds is the ability to permanently store both unread or read content. Other RSS feeds only allow you to keep content for a short period of time. However, Inoreader automatically marks all articles older than one month as read.
Pros: Follow an unlimited number of feeds for free Fast loading time due to the use of a lightweight user interface Different views to fit your needs, including expanded view, list view and card view All users get free search features Night mode makes reading in bed easier Ability to disable social features if you are not interested in integrating social media content Automatically removes repeated articles from your feed Allows uploads from other readers using OPML Search feeds from Facebook, Google+ and Twitter in the pro version Filter searches by keywords to find specific content
Cons: Contains ads unless you pay for the pro version Only basic features available for free; paid users get more customization and search
