SurveyMonkey Reviews
We have 3 reviews for SurveyMonkey. The average overall ratings is 2.3 / 5 stars.
Overall Opinion: Although the system itself is easy to use, and creating survey's easy, the customer service is horrible. I had to google how to contact them with a tech question, as it was nowhere to be found when I signed in. Their response to my question was "contact your company's administrator". Really? That was my first stop.
Pros: ease of use
Cons: no customer service
Overall Opinion: Quite possibly the worst survey site in existence. My bugged college will not stop using it and forces us to do unnecessary surveys that could have and should have been done literally anywhere else, including in a toilet. It's even worse when the teachers send out more questions that what is deemed to be necessary. Even just 10 is already overdoing it, but they can make 20 or 30 questions just for it to end. There really should be a limit or stricter limit on surveys because this is godawful. It doesn't even deserve the one star I'm forced to give and all its stars on Trustpilot and other review sites such as this one. Why this hasn't been blocked in school/college environments I'll never know. Won't be recommending this to anyone, ever!

Overall Opinion: SurveyMonkey is more than just surveys. It's a tool for engaging with your customers to find out what they really think. You can then take the response data and use it to make your product better. The responses are available to you in real-time, so you can immediately see if your survey is asking the right questions. SurveyMonkey enables you to interact with people from around the world, using any device or browser that is convenient for them. You can brand your survey with your logo to make it easier for respondents to identify who is behind the survey. The surveys can be sent out via the web, email, social media and through other channels. Respondents can fill out the surveys on almost any device, improving your response rate. Using SurveyMonkey's survey design tools is a straight-forward process. There are templates that you can use to get started quickly, and the template questions have been written by experts in the data gathering field, which helps you get actionable answers to the right questions the first time. You can design surveys on mobile devices, making it even easier for you to create surveys as you need them. SurveyMonkey's survey engine can interact with the respondent and provide a better overall experience. Interactive survey logic can branch down different paths based on previous responses and skip unnecessary questions. Surveys can include single response questions, multi-select, free text answers and more. You can integrate survey results with your existing applications or export the results to SPSS or CSV if desired.
Pros: SurveyMonkey provides an easy-to-use interface for developing surveys. All usage plans allow you to design and send an unlimited number of surveys. SurveyMonkey's templates and expertly-designed questions improve your ability to design surveys which ask the right questions.
Cons: The basic and free plan limits surveys to 10 questions per survey and 100 responses per survey. There are paid plans which allow unlimited questions per survey and an unlimited number of responses per survey. Many of the analysis and exporting features are not available on the basic, no-cost plan. Several features, including the advanced branching logic within surveys, is only available on the most expensive plan.
