Overall Opinion: We love how Wufoo is easy to use as compared to other form creators. It is a great software even for beginners who do not know much about coding. You can easily embed it on a website and the forms created are simple to customize. This way, you are able to create forms that meet your needs and specifications. The forms’ colors and themes can also be modified with ease. The integration itself is fantastic. The people using your forms will also have an easy time completing the forms and submitting them. What we love most about Wufoo is how SurveyMonkey keeps updating the software to include advanced features and improve its functionality. You can also navigate through the form gallery of Wufoo easily and find the template that best suits your needs. However, you have to subscribe if you want to access all the platform’s amazing features. The features available to premium users include Drag & Drop Builder, Industry-specific templates, Free Stock Images, and Lead management.

Cons: The interface is not robust enough for enhanced functionality. There is no calendar interface for scheduling your forms The number of fields you can add during the form creation process is limited to 150. This means Wufoo might not be ideal for users undertaking complex surveys. Some features such as theme creation or linking to a 3rd party are hidden. This could give beginners some trouble. With Wufoo, you have to create your forms at one go.
