This software is fully loaded with features designed to make property management easy and organized. Voyager is an enterprise-style platform with mobile access, making it possible to execute leasing, manage operations, view analytics and provide convenient services for tenants, investors and residents. The product is appropriate for any type of property management, including military housing, public housing, senior living, office, retail, industrial, affordable housing and multi-family properties. Voyager condenses all property data into a single database, which is a boon for keeping business operations organized. Once the system is up and running, Voyager can be accessed from any internet browser or mobile device. Add-ons from Yardi can be purchased and added to voyager to meet the needs of different types of properties. For example, the Yardi Marketing Suite can be installed to run side-by-side with Voyager to further condense all aspects of the real estate business into a single platform.
