ConfigCat Reviews
We have 3 reviews for ConfigCat. The average overall ratings is 4.8 / 5 stars.
Overall Opinion: We have been really happy with ConfigCat and the team behind it. The product is simple to use, flexible, and integrates well with our codebase and our tooling. The team have been helpful when we've worked with them over their Slack channel.
Pros: Incredibly receptive development team. We've made informal requests for features over the last few months via the team's Slack channel. Some were small UI changes, but others were bigger (like an improved CDN network). Each time they've surprised us by quickly building and launching the feature.
Cons: They've built every feature we've asked for, so nothing.
Overall Opinion: Integrated seamlessly with ConfigCat. Pricing plan is really well priced. AD Login and 2FA is something really important for our organization. We had a request to access ConfigCat from behind a proxy in C#, and they added the functionality for us 1 day, which was really great service from them.

Overall Opinion: We're finding ConfigCat to be a critical tool in our workflow. Most changes we now make are controllable by ConfigCat's flexible feature flag system. This has eliminated any uncertainty about new releases. If any of our clients or users report issues we can immediately toggle new features for those particular groups.
Pros: - Takes no more than 5 minutes to integrate into a new app - Highly configurable targeting system - Great technical support - Flexible feature flags for more complex configurations - Client libraries for all popular languages - Free version available
Cons: ConfigCat does everything we require in a feature flag/remote configuration service. Our only con is that it is biased towards cat lovers which luckily our team is full of!
