Dear user of Open Bump,

      I’m Looat, the original developer of this bot. Due to some recent changes on Discord’s side, bump bots are no longer appreciated on Discord’s plattform. While they technically still are allowed, they are prevented from selling donator perks like autobumping or cooldown reductions to users. For a bot of Open Bump’s size, it simply isn’t possible for me to continue the bot in it’s current state.

      Therefore, I have decided to replace it with a new moderation-based bot. I have some great features planned and am working hard on developing them. However, since this is a drastic change, it will take me some time to finish the update.

      I am also in contact with Discord to ensure that the transition will be as smooth as possible. All changes have been approved, and a name change has been planned. Therefore, if you see a bot you do not recognize on your server in the near future, it probably will be the updated version of Open Bump.

      As long as you are okay with these changes, no action is needed from your side. If you do not like these changes, I want to thank you for the time you had Open Bump on your server and kindly ask you to remove it.
