Adds a rule to server rules list

Swaps a rule index to another rule index - swaps them

Get rule on given index and overwrites it with a new rule name

Removes a rule located on passed index

Deletes all rules saved in regulamin

Renames the entry role name (when a user joins a server)

Shows a list of rules (regulamin) to user
