RuleMeister Commands

To run a command in My Server, use ?rules command or @RuleMeister#9321 command. For example, ?rules prefix or @RuleMeister#9321 prefix.
To run a command in this DM, simply use command with no prefix.

Use help <command> to view detailed information about a specific command.
Use help all to view a list of all commands, not just available ones.

bind: Bind the channel to post the rules message to (!roles bind #rules)
check_settings: Check to see if all the settings are set
grant_role: Set the grant role to be granted to new members
message: Set the message to be posted to the rules channel
post: Post the category messages and role reactions
