Sniper Commands

>>ping - Check if the bot is actually working

>>fullsnipe - Snipes ALL deleted messages, even embeds.
>>editsnipe - View a message before it's edit.
>>botsnipe - Snipe a deleted message from a bot.

>>embedsnipe - Snipe a recent embed in more detail.
>>usersnipe - <@user> Snipe a deleted message specifically from a user.

For all snipe commands, add a channel mention at the end to snipe from another channel!
