One of the first things that you'll notice about Freshservice is that it has a user interface that is both modern and can be fully personalized. Many similar pieces of software are overly complicated and can be confusing, and that is also true for Freshservice to an extent, but it is one of the simplest and most intuitive examples in its category. Those who have any experience dealing with ITSM software, or IT service management, will have no trouble handling the functionality of Freshservice.

It's quite refreshing to see such simplicity in a piece of ITSM software like Freshservice. Configuration takes no time at all, and since the software is based in the Cloud, you never have to worry about communication. Since Freshservice is a mobile app, it has been streamlined to work with the flexibility of agents in the IT field. IT agents can take advantage of the first such module of its kind in any sort of similar app, and that module is called 'To-Dos'. It shows how tasks should be prioritized throughout the day in a single, easy-to-read window. A number of other vital modules are included as well, like change management, asset management, service catalog, incident management, user management, and more.

One of the goals of the Freshservice software is to change how the mobile world handles service desk systems, and it brings the software category to a new level with features that you won't find anywhere else. The newest version of the software includes the To-Do module, task module, change management module, approvals management module, user management module, and the ability to handle incidents with ease.

To help you keep track of everything in real time, the app will use notifications when your attention is necessary.
