Overall Opinion: Practicing responsiveness with your customers is one of the most important ways for business owners to push their business model forward. Not only does it allow individuals to look forward to a much more streamlined feedback experience, but business owners will be better able to meet with troubleshooting issues along the way. Vivantio is one of the only helpdesk software systems that is designed to optimize such a process. Not only is the program capable of improving responsiveness on a general level, its solution base is also designed to grow with the business itself, providing larger companies with the desired degree of specialization as much as smaller companies. This results in an incredible degree of functionality, and no budding company is complete without including this software in their tech repertoire.

Pros: The program includes knowledge and asset management, which makes it much easier for operators to connect with their end-users and help them follow through on all types of solutions. A carefully arranged interface and mature control system allows users to connect all of the pieces as necessary, working through troubleshooting and providing end-users with a clear way forward. The program provides support for the ITIL standard, which helps streamline the error management process and reduces potential issues in the future. Workflow management allows users to better communicate through the ticket system, as various reports help keep track of progression through known issues.

Cons: The minimalism that the program features may strike users as a negative, as there are no obvious functions for solutions that may require a little bit of creativity or prior experience with the program to figure out. Like with many such programs, nobody should expect to jump right into it. Practicing the basic operations and learning more about what the program can offer can provide individuals with all of the tools they need to succeed. The solution suite may be a little bit pricey for those who are not prepared to adjust their budget to better suit the program's functionality.
