Overall Opinion: To use Full Contact's services, users must first work with a representative from the company to customize a package that will beneficial. Full Contact allows customers to select featured packages or create their own. This software achieves its stated goal of assisting business professionals with customer management and data solutions by employing various strategies to improve a client's customer base. The tools included in a Full Contact package work to record patterns in consumer behavior and establish the client as an authority in the field. Integration and installation of Full Contact does not require professional services. Staff members are, however, available for help should the customer require it. Because Full Contact creates its own products and services, the interface is not always compatible with existing software systems. In the case that it is not, Full Contact representatives are available to determine whether or not the software can be further customized to suit certain existing software systems. Full Contact software is easily integrated into existing data and analytics software and was actually developed to work well with most programs. By allowing the software to access previously installed data resources, consumers can properly customize the software. Apart from customized packages which start at $500 per month, Full Contact offers a free API plan for web developers, a starter API plan for $99 per, a Plus API plan for $299 per month, and a Premium API plan for $499 per month. Each of these packages can also be paid on a yearly basis. Because the yearly price is quite expensive, especially for small businesses, most Full Contact clients opt for the monthly payment plan. Full Contact offers a 24 hour help desk for clients who have concerns or questions about the product they've purchased.
