The "customer journey" has become a popular buzz phrase in the marketing community, but while it may sound like another bit of gimmicky phrasing, it actually harkens back to something of a return to basics for the community. Rapid changes in technology mean that marketers have more access to the raw data of potential leads than they ever had before, but with that comes its own challenges. Sorting through such large amounts of information can be a struggle, and it can become hard to see the details when operating from such a scope. Autopilot is designed to help you make the transition from the macro to the micro by providing the tools you need to segment your lead base, tailor campaigns that target their specific interests and lifestyles, and transform potential leads into new customers.

Autopilot draws from the metrics provided by your sales teams to create dynamic workflows that help you decide how to approach your clients. These are all driven by trigger functions that you determine for yourself. These allow you to respond to things like customer responses and email messages with follow up replies, and you can even set delays to help you regulate your workflow.
