Overall Opinion: Really nice email account, lots of very cool features - UI needs work but let down most of all by support who have no idea how the app is used in the real world, and cannot understand simple questions without seemingly going from a script.

Overall Opinion: I've been using Mailbird for a few years now, and up until this year, it seemed like the ideal product. Features were promised, , support was at least understandable, and it worked well enough for an email client. I was so impressed with it, that after a few months, I bought a lifetime license, thinking to myself that it'd be good for a while, and development would continue to bring the features they promised.. Turns out that I was so very very wrong. Around the first of this month, with absolutely ZERO notification and warning, we get an email from Mailbird, stating that "the future of mailbird is here", and that in order to access it, well, you guessed it.... We had to buy a new license. Only this time it was a much more EXPENSIVE license, and it had to be continually renewed. Best part? They CHARGED for the license, but then didn't give the software out. They have no idea WHEN they'll give the license out, but the renewal period starts when you pay. SO, you lose time , ON TOP OF having to pay additionally

Cons: Scam, bait and switch software No export of settings (including filters) Support and developers lie
