RED ALERT Reviews
We have 1 review for RED ALERT. The average overall ratings is 4.0 / 5 stars.
Overall Opinion: RED ALERT is a very helpful notification system for healthcare facilities. The speed of notifications matters more in the healthcare industry than it does in most other industries. The situations surrounding these notifications are often life or death and as such, every healthcare facility should be fitted with the highest quality notification systems available. As for the performance of the systems themselves, they really do cut times by up to 90%. It is incredibly helpful to know that your notification system will go to great lengths to reach you and reliably gets results. While it can seem like you are being overloaded by messages when you use RED ALERT, it is better to receive too many copies of a vitally important notification than to not notice it and have it fall through the cracks altogether. There really is no industry better fitted for a system like this than the healthcare industry. Few industries, with the exception of maybe the defense industry, require communication as full and reliable as that provided by RED ALERT.
Pros: RED ALERT sends messages to you over multiple channels all at once. Because of this, you are both more likely to see notifications sent to you and less likely to have the delivery of a notification fail altogether. Using RED ALERT will cut the time it takes to deliver emergency notifications by up to 90%. In situations that could have consequences as grave as death, this is an incredibly important feature. The system that RED ALERT uses comes in multiple languages, ensuring that you will be safe no matter where you are or what language you speak.
Cons: It can feel like your systems are overloading when using RED ALERT. However, it is still generally better to have a system overload than a miscommunication. Translations into other languages may not be 100% correct all the time, but the teams that design the software do go to great lengths to ensure that it is as accurate as possible. Because the system is automated, there is potential for machines to make errors in deciding when to send notifications.
