Overall Opinion: Leads are the lifeblood of any sales operation, and any salesperson worth their salt understands that both the number and value of those sales leads have an important impact on their overall success in the field. SalesExec is a customer relationship management (CRM) platform that offers tools to improve, track, and maintain both of these important metrics. In the modern information age there's no lack of tools for scouring leads. Whether that means scraping website data or scouring through LinkedIn profiles, the capabilities are there for any enterprising sales team. But separating the wheat from the chaff and understanding the context of those customers is a different story, and the process of organizing and maintaining databases of prospective clients can be one of the most tedious and labor intensive tasks a sales team is asked to perform. SalesExec helps to automate the process, and it does so about as effectively as one could possibly ask. Their lead management system is a sorting database that lets salespeople focus less on the task of administrative management and more on sales. Its import feature allows you to automatically upload any list of contacts from an Excel spreadsheet and compile them into easily readable leads. From here, it's easy to distribute leads to specifically sales members and undergo the process of cold calls. The information you can compile is only as limited as what's available to you. You want have to dig through inscrutable spreadsheets to get the basic facts on your prospective clients. SalesExec automatically generates streamlined documentation that provides you with all of the important information on your most promising leads. Once everything is uploaded, you can assign leads to sales members in real time, but they'll also have the tools to effectively prioritize and target specific leads. Using a simple workflow chart, your sales members can identify where they are in the process of pursuing targets and transfer that information directly back to management. This lets you track the metrics of everyone in your sales teams to determine their strengths and weaknesses and automatically prioritize them in the queue accordingly. The SalesExec mobile dashboard lets your sales team have access to all the information they need even when they're on the road or out of the office. SalesExec has fostered relationships with major telephony providers like RingCentral, Cisco, and nextiva to create integrated call center capabilities. This transfers all of your call information directly through a dashboard that serves as a command center for your sales team. Agents can receive and make calls, assign designations to leads, and get access to sales scripts right through the dashboard, and managers have instant and comprehensive access to the statistics of every member of their sales team. The call center database integrates directly with your phone line and includes robust scheduling functions for each available agent. It also allows call transfers through the browser.
Pros: Charts and dashboards are concise, informative, and easy to navigate Easy to set up Diverse customization options
Cons: Integration with external lead programs can be fickle Performance can sometimes be slow, especially in larger call centers
